Squamish Development Update- May

non-resident-buyers

There is more inventory coming on the market this May with the much anticipated Seven Peaks launching pre-sales on May 16th and downtown’s Cleveland Gardens now selling one and two bedroom condos in the heart of downtown Squamish. As prices continue to creep up in Squamish the additional inventory is in strong demand. Currently we are seeing a healthy supply of townhome inventory for sale, slowely shifting to condos as there becomes more demand at the lower end of the market.

Those in search of the perfect lot to build will also be happy. Single family home lots in University Heights, University Highlands and possibly off Brennan Rd in Brackendale may be just around the corner.

Here is the latest development news for Squamish this May.
