The year is winding down and the pre-sales opportunities are also quieting as many new developments are getting to the end of their supply. Jumar and Cleveland Gardens have a handful of opportunities remaining while Waterfront Landing and Ravenswoood are selling the last of their current phases before launching new phases early to mid next year.

Waterfront Landing
Bosa Properties is ramping up for the release of phase two of Waterfront Landing, Heartwood. The entire Waterfront Landing project is set amongst 53 acres on the Mamquam Blind Channel with direct access to the Sea to Sky Highway, and 40 minutes from North Vancouver.
This multi-phased project when complete will include approximately 900 townhomes and condos, a waterfront park, public plaza, amenities centre as well as shops, cafes, trails and pedestrian corridors. There will be a pedestrian draw bridge linking the site to downtown Squamish.
Also proposed for Phase 2 is the waterfront park area which is awaiting a development permit to move forward. The park area will likely be a mixed-use area with beach, inland lagoon, children play areas and plenty of green space.
As for the residential section of Phase Two, Heartwood, pre-sales are expected to start Spring/Summer 2019. There will be 130 two and three-bedroom townhomes in total, located at one of the most desirable sites in the master-planned community.
There are also ten townhomes remaining in Phase One of the project, Laurelwood.

Ravenswood
Phase three of Ravenwood is now for sale! Ravenswood is a multi-phased single-family home development by Benchmark Homes and is the only new construction single-family home project in Squamish at the moment.
Phase three includes four different floorplans starting at $950K (including GST). The homes feature West Coast architecture, in a family friendly neighbourhood close to Brennan Park and within easy reach of downtown Squamish. Phase three completions begin as early as spring 2019.

Jumar
Jumar still has a handful of one and three bedroom condos remaining. This is a great opportunity to buy in downtown Squamish. This modern building features an interior courtyard, street level commercial with a large daycare facility and two levels of underground parking. Condos start in the mid $400Ks.
Cleveland Gardens
Cleveland Gardens also has a few two and three bedroom condos remaining in downtown Squamish. These condos have a common area roof top patio and expansive views of the Stawamus Chief and other mountain ranges.
